Tour Details
Let's walk the Togakushi Kodo, 9.8km long pligrim's path from Ichino Torii to Okusha Shrine, one of the most popular power spots in Japan. We will visit all or at least 3 of the Togakushi 5 shrines with a local guide who can tell you about the unique history of Togakushi including the shinto legend that is deeply related to each shrine and Togakushi Ninja as well as the local life and nature along the walk.
Half-day tour: We will visit Chusha and Okusha via the pligrimage route and the famous 400-yo cedar path (approx. 4 hours)
Full-daytour: Starting from the ancient trail to the Hokosha shrine, we will walk to Chusha via "Path of Kami/Deity" with must-try Togakushi soba lunch break and finish the tour at Okusha (approx. 7 hours)
